Cepta

Cepta is a fintech web application built to handle the demands of modern payment processing while remaining approachable and easy to use. The design process started with research into the real pain points users face with payment platforms, namely security concerns, unclear transaction flows, and complicated navigation. Those insights drove every decision from the information architecture down to the interaction details.

Security and trust were central to the design. I integrated clear visual cues around data protection and built intuitive workflows for core actions like sending payments, managing accounts, and viewing transaction histories. A personalised dashboard and real-time payment updates were added to give users visibility and confidence at every step.
