FAME is a mobile and web microfinance banking application designed to make financial services more accessible to underserved users. The core challenge was building trust and simplicity into a digital banking experience, particularly for first-time users with limited digital literacy. I designed clear workflows for savings and account management, introduced security features like biometric login, and built responsive interfaces across mobile and web. The result is a platform that feels approachable and easy to navigate without compromising on functionality or security.

I designed clear workflows for savings and account management, keeping the experience simple without stripping away functionality. Security was a priority throughout, with features like biometric login integrated to help users feel safe on the platform. Customisable dashboards and real-time notifications were also built in to make the experience feel personal and responsive to different user needs.
The final product is a responsive, user-first platform that works seamlessly across mobile and web. FAME reflects a belief that good design can bridge real gaps, and that financial tools should be just as accessible to someone using a banking app for the first time as they are to experienced users.
